I'm Raydi Cham, a Creative Lead based in Kuala Lumpur. I bridge
the gap between strategy and aesthetics, turning complex ideas into brands people actually want to engage with.
From building high-converting digital experiences for global
platforms to crafting visual systems for technology products
and Web3 protocols, I bring the same obsessive attention to
craft whether I'm designing a landing page or an entire brand.
I run Mantaray Studio, a boutique design studio for brands that move with depth and intention.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
PL Genesis asked me to design the full visual identity and digital presence for their flagship hackathon, Frontiers of Collaboration. The brief was broad but the ambition was specific: create an event brand that felt serious enough for protocol engineers and exciting enough to generate organic buzz across the Web3 builder community.
I designed the event identity from the ground up: logo lockup, colour palette, typographic system, and a set of modular social templates that the team could deploy across X without needing a designer for every post.
The website became the campaign's anchor, a conversion-focused landing page that communicated the hackathon's scope, prizes, and community ethos without overwhelming first-time visitors. Every section was designed to reduce friction on the path to registration.
Alongside the digital work, I produced a suite of launch assets: announcement graphics, countdown cards, speaker tiles, and post-event recap visuals, all consistent with the core identity.
Working within the Protocol Labs ecosystem taught me how to design for communities where trust is earned incrementally, through legibility, consistency, and a visual language that respects the intelligence of the audience.
A selection of technology companies, hospitality, creative studios, and Web3 projects I've had the privilege of working with.
Twelve years of design. Three studios. One very clear point of view, every brand has a frequency. My job is to find it and amplify it.
I've spent my career at the intersection of craft and strategy, from shaping digital experiences for global platforms to building visual systems for Web3 protocols, hackathon, accelerator, hospitality, and data analytical dashboard. I've spoken at ChainCulture and ETHKL, sharing what I've learned about designing at the frontier of emerging tech.
When I'm not designing, I'm thinking about design or 🏃🏽➡️⛰️☕️.
Whether you're launching a product, a protocol, a studio, or a brand, I'd love to be part of it from the start.
